2. What data we collect and why

2.1 Contact form

When you submit the contact form on this website, your name, email address, and message are transmitted to Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a third-party form handling service, which forwards your message to our inbox at info@evius.life. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing.

Web3Forms may temporarily process your submission data in transit. See their privacy policy at web3forms.com/privacy.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

2.2 Website analytics

We use PostHog (EU Cloud, hosted in the European Union) for privacy-respecting website analytics. PostHog is configured cookieless — it uses no tracking cookies and stores no persistent identifiers in your browser. We collect page-view and interaction events to understand how visitors use the site.

Because PostHog operates without cookies, no cookie consent banner is required or shown. Data is processed and stored within the European Union.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in understanding aggregate website usage to improve the site.

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

6. Data retention

Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and comply with applicable legal obligations. Anonymised aggregate analytics data does not contain personal identifiers and is retained indefinitely for site-improvement purposes.
